The “CSUF” sign-in portal is a handy tool that allows you to sign in to all of your CSUF accounts from one place. In this guide, we will walk you through the basics of using the portal and help you get started signing in to your accounts.

ABOUT (CSUF)

As a government-owned institution, “California State University” in Fullerton has a long history. The university was founded in 1957, with 450 students enrolled in the first session. In July 1962, the school changed its name from a private institution to Orange State College. 2 years later, it was changed again, becoming California State College at “Fullerton” in 1967. In 1972, the school did another name change that became the final one of its current name – California State University, Fullerton CSU Fullerton is the fourth largest campus in the “CSU system” with over 41,000 students currently enrolled. The school’s graduate student body is also the biggest of any other campus in “California” with 5,000 in attendance.

HOW TO SIGN IN ON to your CSUF LOGIN PORTAL

We have a new login portal to let you sign in to CSUF Student Accounts. Let us know what your thoughts or questions are and if there’s anything we can improve on; you can reach out to our help team.

  • To “sign up” for My CSUF, simply visit the CSUF login portal.
  • And you will be ready to get started. Just enter your username in the form below, and we’ll take care of it from there.
  • Provide your student “ID number” with the “CSUF SIGN IN” system, so we can confirm your enrollment eligibility.
  • Click on the Login button.
  • Use Duo to authenticate your account, so you can finally “log in” and finally get started with CSUF.

The most important part is to validate your account by authenticating with Duo. This ensures that you are a person and not someone who undergoes malicious activities. It’s a simple three-step process that ensures your interactions will be as safe as possible

  • Just enter your personal information within the app and you’ll be able to get a notification each time we let you know that we’ve processed your request.
  • It can be tough to know where you stand during peak-time admissions season. But with the “SIGN IN” feature, your CSUF “Application” status is easy to see and handle from just about anywhere.
  • A letter will be sent or given to you, as well as some specific information on how to create your “CSUF” student account. After you “submit” your application, you’ll receive the letter 5-7 days late
  • Our admissions department will help you get an acknowledgment letter, but if it hasn’t arrived within the timeframe that you specified in your application, check your spam or junk folders. If it is still not there, send an email to receptions@fullerton.edu for help. Sometimes, your “email address” might have been given out but wasn’t used

HOW TO CREATE AN CSUF ACCOUNT

Follow the steps below to create your (CSUF)California State University, Fullerton, account:

  • First, go to the CSUF Office of Admissions and follow the instructions on how to sign up for a “CWID” and “PIN” if you don’t already have them
  • Make sure you wait at least two business days after receiving your CWID and PIN before initiating the subscription process
  • If you are a new student who wants to “create” a CSUF Campus account, simply visit CSUF’s own website or by visiting their Sign-up page. You’ll just need your personal information.
  • Tap in your CWID, then enter your “PIN”.
  • To continue registration, “Click” the Continue “button” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Specify your personal details during the login process; please provide your Last Name (Surname), DOB, and “Zip Code” to confirm that the CSUF login details belong to you.
  • You will enter your student “username” and email address to “create” your “account”. Then, you’ll need to accept the Terms of Service before creating a student “ID”. Once you’ve done that, we’ll let you know you can change your “password” and other “settings”. The username cannot be changed once it is confirmed.
  • Now choose a password that is difficult to guess. The password must be at least twelve characters wide, and not more than twenty. Ensure it has three of the following: a number, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a special character.
  • You can generate new questions for your “account” in the security settings. Select a question and provide your answer in the answer fields.
  • In case of an emergency, you can receive an instant notification from your “app” or be contacted through a “Mobile phone”.

Once you’ve completed the survey, click Submit. You’ll then be shown a summary of your choices.

RECOVER (CSUF)-WIDE ID (CWID)

If you have lost your campus-wide ID (CWID), there are a few things you can do to try and recover it.

  • To recover your “CWID” for the Csuf portal, go to the Find my “ID Page”.
  • To get started, simply provide your preferred contact information – last four digits of your Social Security number, last name, and date of birth and type in the captcha to “verify” that you’re human.
  • “Clicking” on ‘Find my ID’ will show you the location of your ID.

Setting Up a DUO Two-Factor Authentication:

If you are a Csuf student, you can use the sign-in portal to access your CSUF account and manage your academic information. To set up Duo two-factor authentication on your Csuf account, follow these steps:

Go to your CSUF Duo enrollment page by entering this URL: …….enrollment-request

  • To begin, “click” Sign Up. Next, you’ll need to complete the captcha on the next page.
  • To start your setup, “download” and“install” Duo “Mobile App” from the Play Store or App Store.
  • When you click on the URL, a message containing a link will be sent to your phone number.
  • You should see a “CSU Fullerton” account in your DUO Mobile App. This confirms that your DUO Two-Factor Authentication has been set and is now auto-enrolled for you.
  • Select the Settings icon on your web browser and choose “I have activated Duo Mobile”. Next, tap “Portal”, which is a tab at the bottom of the page.

Follow the prompts to create an authentication code and save it to a safe place (you will need this code to log in to your account). You will also be asked to confirm that you want Duo Two-Factor Authentication enabled on your account. Click Enable if you do want it enabled, or Disable if you do not want it enabled

“CSUF” Zoom is the ultimate guide to everything at CSUF. Whether you’re looking for community events, classroom and faculty information, or a way to engage with your campus through social media, it has it all.

If you are a current Zoom user and have your “password” saved in your account, you can log in to the Zoom app using your login credentials. If you don’t have your password saved, you can create a new account or sign in using your existing “Google account”.

To log in to Zoom using SSO:

  • Open the “Zoom app” on your device.
  • When you’re selecting a domain for your Company, enter Fullerton and hit Continue.
  • Sign in with your SSO credentials. Click “Sign In” You will now be logged in to the app with the credentials you entered!
  • “Click” Open Zoom Meeting.

If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can create a new account or sign in using your existing Google account.

First, you will need to log into your “campus portal account” in order to send “access” codes.
